Returns & Exchanges

Unworn and unwashed merchandise are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned in original packaging within 14 days after receiving your order. Any tags must still be on clothing.Reese's Boutique does not offer refunds, only store credit. 

Return Instructions

Go to the customer return portal to begin the return process.

If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, 50% deduction will be taken off of the store credit for the item(s). Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

STORE CREDIT:

Once we receive your return, it will be processed for store credit within 3-4 business days. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift-card. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not expire. 

EXCHANGES:

You are welcome to exchange your item for the same item in a different size (if it’s available) on the customer returns and exchanges portal. Otherwise, store credit will be issued and can be used towards anything else on our website, plus it never expires.

CANCELED ORDERS:

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All orders placed on sale OR using a discount code are final. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased on sale or using discount codes. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Jewelry/accessories, hats/hair accessories, bodysuits, shorts with liners, sweatshirts, flash sale & sale items. All holiday themed items are final sale.
